The two guys that came out to install the new unit were great. They explained to me about the new unit and the new thermostat. They even helped me setup the online access to be able to control everything from my cell phone. After a couple of weeks then someone from the company called to check to make sure everything was running to my satisfaction and wanted to know if I had any questions. They answered all of my questions. This is a GREAT company, I recommend it with 5 stars.
Needed a Sunroom addition to my HVAC system and they recommended and installed a Trane Mitsubishi ductless unit and I have never been happier. Top notch employees from the comfort consultants that came out, the office staff was very helpful and the installers were professional and extremely courteous!! Call them and have your family call, you won’t be disappointed!
Working with Ryan and his company has been nothing but a pleasure and great experience. They do what they say they will and make it an easy process. I highly recommend Stout and will continue using their services without a doubt!
