During my first routine maintenance he identified an issue, a remedy, as well as educated me on easy things I can do in between service to keep things optimal and clean. I have interacted with about a dozen Stout folks and every single one of them are awesome, customer focused, “happy campers”. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are quality and fair on cost. Really cannot ask for much more…however…you’ll get it!”

“The service appointment was done in the time frame which Lori outlined to me when I called to request service on our a/c unit. Drew arrived shortly after his notification and was polite and courteous. He inspected the unit, diagnosed the problem and performed the repair in a timely manner.”
“Good service and repair. We also had Brett Graham come out at the same time to inspect out complete A/C and give us a quote on a new system and he went over everything with us including the breakdown of payment if we financed. I am impressed with the technicians, especially Brett, the after hours technician and the office staff. We’ll be going with a new system since this one hasn’t been right since our house was built 11 years ago. We will be going with Stout for the purchase and installation of the new unit.
