“Outstanding Service! We had an issue with a slow freon leak. We reached out to Stout as they carried our preferred brand. A technician came out and spent a great deal of time to ensure our assumptions were correct before confirming the issue. Considering the age of the unit, he recommended we get an analysis of replacement vs. repair so we could make an informed decision. Ryan completed a full analysis and we decided to replace our 15-year-old unit. So, Ryan sent his team to complete the installation. Considering the supply and demand issues of 2021, they were quick to acquire the material and promptly installed the unit. Every member of the team was very professional – from knowledge to quality of work, we couldn’t have asked for more.
