“As a new resident to Salisbury, I called Stout HVAC based on the many positive reviews that are posted when our AC stopped working. They were able to send a technician, Richard Sunding, in a very timely manner. He diagnosed and found our issue quickly. He also continued to check out the rest of the system answering all my questions as he worked. Resolved our problem and AC was back in good shape within 45 min or arriving to our home. Very impressed with Richard as well as the friendly office contact. They appear to be very customer-focused.”

“We needed a heat pump replaced. Brett was very helpful in working with me in describing the different system options and answering my questions. He gave me quotes for several systems so I could compare costs and efficiency. Once I chose the unit, Brett and team ordered the equipment and set up an installation time. The installation team was very professional, and the team was well educated on their products and how to remove the old system and install the new one. I talked with the installation team about their training. I was impressed with the commitment Stout Heating and Air has to ensure their employees are well informed of their products and install processes. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the employees.”
“Chad called to give his eta and upon arrival was very friendly and professional. After checking my unit, he told me what was wrong—showed me pictures of the problem. He advised me of an approximate cost of the repair. He even discussed the possibility of my needing a new unit-not as a sales person but as a concerned service technician. He even went a step further and called the office to scheduled a day and time for a sales representative to come to me. I have been a customer for a long time and am so glad I am. Very good company to do business with.”
