“My Mother recently had a new Heating and Air system with all new duct work installed in her home. Chris Owen came out and talked to us. Explained what we needed, gave her a price, and ordered what was needed. Such a nice guy. A week or so later the guys were her to install the system. Brian, Will, and James. They were here for 3 days. I had a lot of questions about the system and they took time to explain. Very knowledgeable of their jobs. The last day their was a small problem and Mike came out to explain to the guys how to fix it Also the last day someone was sick and they sent three other men to help get the job done on time.. That night i had some concerns about the heat. I called and Jeremy was here within 45 minutes. He explained to me so i would understand what was going on. He was so personable . “We were very pleased with the excellent service provided by Stout regarding the replacement of the heat pump, furnace and thermostat. Drew identified the problems with the existing system and determining replacement was the direction to pursue rather than repair. Chris guided us through the selection of the most appropriate new system. Chance and Sam completed the installation in a timely, efficient manner being careful as they moved equipment through the house and cleaning up thoroughly upon completion. At all times everyone including the office was professional, courteous and friendly. After the installation of the first floor system, we discovered an issue with the second floor system. Drew quickly identified the problem, ordered the necessary part and resolved that repair. We appreciate the always quick response from Stout and the excellent service and follow-up.”
