“We signed up for the annual A/C maintenance plan last week and today Alex was out to check our A/C. He was polite and professional. Easy to talk to – answered our questions and explained things. He did the check and cleaning – no issues found. He was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you, Alex!”
“System was not cooling. AC repair man Danny McCullen checked system for errors, then checked to insure it had enough coolant, last he removed outer cover to cooling coil and washed debris out. That put the system back into cooling mode. Now I know to turn up thermostat when lawn maintenance people mow so cooling coil will not suck in grass debris. Very knowledgeable and courteous employee.”
“Tech did a fantastic job! He was honest, up front, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail to where I fully understood what was wrong, why, and what my options were to fix it. I thought I was walking into a worst case scenario but walked out with a best case scenario given the age of my system. Being a single mom I feel like some companies can try to take advantage of lack of understanding to rack up a bill, but that was not the case here. I also paid the emergency service fee and the tech arrived in 30 minutes! Thank you!”
