It was a great price and they installed our new air conditioner yesterday. The team who came out were 4 of the finest young men we have ever met. Brian was the first young man who entered our home and let us know what they are going to do. He and Carson and Scott and Will were extremely professional thoughtful knowledgeable and kind. “WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!!! Stout Heating & Air Conditioning have provided service & repairs on our HVAC for years. This past month, our 20+ year old unit died. Brett was great explaining our options for replacement, as it's not something you do every day! The communication regarding when to expect the technician(s) and their picture is exceptional. “My Mother recently had a new Heating and Air system with all new duct work installed in her home. Chris Owen came out and talked to us. Explained what we needed, gave her a price, and ordered what was needed. Such a nice guy. A week or so later the guys were her to install the system. Brian, Will, and James. They were here for 3 days. I had a lot of questions about the system and they took time to explain. Very knowledgeable of their jobs. The last day their was a small problem and Mike came out to explain to the guys how to fix it Also the last day someone was sick and they sent three other men to help get the job done on time.. That night i had some concerns about the heat. I called and Jeremy was here within 45 minutes. He explained to me so i would understand what was going on. He was so personable .
